Ved Mandirs aims to maintain a transparent and fair process for contributions and donations made in support of our charitable activities.
Donation Refunds
Because donations are generally voluntary contributions intended to support charitable activities, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If you believe a payment was made in error, duplicated, or charged for an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible with the transaction details so that we can review the matter.
Refund Request
To request a review, email contact@vedmandirs.org with your name, transaction date, amount and available transaction/reference details. Please do not send complete card numbers, passwords or banking credentials by email.
Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or payment platform, subject to the platform's procedures and applicable banking timelines.
Non-Refundable Contributions
Where a contribution has already been allocated or used for a charitable purpose, a refund may not be possible. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
